UTRUST is looking for an experienced Product Manager! We need a person who is passionate about building products that customers love. 💪

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team to develop UTRUST payment product, to be used by thousands of merchants sites.

This position is for working on-site or remote.

Your Mission:

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented and inventive Product Manager to drive the development of UTRUST product, while helping to define the future product strategy.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment (a.k.a startup) and need to make sure our customers get the best tool for their jobs, by managing and implementing an iterative customer development process, and conducting research, strategic planning, and project implementation.

You’ll be in constant contact with potential and existing customers to shape requirements, features and end products, and define market segments and new business strategies. You will be assessing market competition by comparing the UTRUST to competitors' solutions. Ultimately, you will suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users, and be reaching out to our stakeholders and incorporate their feedback and input, from customers, partners to in-house teams, into product strategy and finding what the product next steps are.


  • We expect previous experience in Product Management role, our similar experience, within a digital product environment. Experience with fintech/payments products is a plus;
  • You understand customers’ problems and needs and you goal is driving the process to create something that will let them succeed at what they’re trying to do
  • You must be skilled at defining and prioritizing product features
  • Internal stakeholders, teams and constraints doesn’t scare you - you know how to work with product, marketing and sales to build business use cases and define requirements/wireframes for new feature enhancements, products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job - nobody said it was easy!
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership
  • You must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
