About the job

We’re looking for an experienced customer growth that shares our passion for technology and who is prepared to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to help us shape the future of crypto payments. You'll be right there helping us scale a product from the money flow implementation to the infrastructure that sets it up.

In this position you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategic plan to achieve company growth goals, while personally embodying the company Vision, Values and Culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Prospect: Using a combination of lead generation sources and your own solid sales outreach skills;

  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities;

  • Close leads from our inbound marketing team’s demand generation efforts;

  • Develop a strong project pipeline for near, mid-term and long-term sales potential with key accounts and prospects;

  • Focus on identifying and executing on new business opportunities;

  • Monitor and manage Sales performance by leveraging customer analytical systems;

  • Provide insights from front line sales that inform the decisions made for product and service offerings;

  • Mentor members of the Sales team, helping to strengthen the team’s performance as a whole.

What you must have

  • A strong understanding of the dynamics of the crypto industry;
  • 3+ years of sales management experience;
  • Startup experience;
  • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and market analysis skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Proven ability to design and execute challenging sales processes;
  • Strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Passion for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrencies (we actually mean this!)
